The Watts House Won’t Sell Because It’s Haunted

American Murder The Family Next Door ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If you haven’t seen the #1 documentary (#4 overall in top 10 list as of this writing) on Netflix yet, don’t read any more of this post until you have. It will spoil it — badly. I missed the details of the true crime story and the punch the story packs if you don’t know the history will make a profound difference on the viewing experience.

Honestly, it’s the scariest true crime doc I’ve seen in some time. It’s subtle scary throughout, not the kind of normal, progressive scary. The normalcy is completely shattered by what happens in the last 30 minutes.

.. you’ve been warned, SPOILERS ahead …

Why do I think nobody wants to buy the Watts house? Besides the cost, $631,000 USD, which maybe in that area is the going rate, it’s still a lot of money, but it’s clearly the history. Who last lived in the house and what happened? It’s haunted. I don’t mean in the traditional haunted house. It’s like the Amityville Horror house … only it involves a very recent horror.

There have to be spirits in that house. Call me a fraidy cat but I don’t think I could spend one night in that house. The minute the dark fell, I’d hear and see things. Yeah, no thank you.

“It’s not getting any bids because people know the sordid history of the house, and nobody wants it,” Denver-based bankruptcy attorney Clark Dray, who works with foreclosures, said. “It just sits in limbo until [a creditor] comes along and tries a foreclosure again.”

Murderer Chris Watts’ House Will Be Left Abandoned In Colorado

The bank should just bulldoze it. Take it to the ground and let a new developer come in and build a new house or sell the land to the neighbors. Build a park there for kids in the neighborhood to play. It’s going to be very difficult finding anybody to live in that house.

Nobody wants to buy the Watts house. Who can blame them?
